Google To Compete With Alexa

Google Trends just added a new feature recently which let’s you see and compare website traffic between sites. The new feature still includes the functionality of the standard trends, but will apply all data to specific or multiple websites.
Will this outdo Alexa or new competitor Compete? My personal opinion is no. Even the initial data it shows is sketchy at best. We’ll have to wait and see if this improves or not.
But you can go and give it a try right now at Google Trends.

I’m surprised you don’t think the mighty Google can compete with Alexa, I’m no expert but I’ve heard rumors that Alexa isn’t that accurate. I guess we’ll have to wait and see how it shakes out!
