I found another site that format your emails to wrap at 65 characters. This one is completely free and keep your $19.95.

Another cool formatting tool that has just been released is XMailWrite.

The guy who created XSitePro released it as a freebie to his customers a couple of months back.

It does all of the formatting stuff, checks for spam words, readability, word count and density. It’s pretty cool for writing autoresponders too - which is what I’ve been using it for.
